Ladies Tea Afternoon - Wed 29th Novemebr

Ladies Tea Afternoon with Talk and Demonstration by Dee Bristow on Strength, Balance and Mobility As You Get Older

Dee is a registered nurse with a degree in Health Studies. She has taught carers and specialised in care of the elderly. At the age of 50 Dee qualified to became a fitness instructor and has been an instructor for the last 17 years.

Dee currently instructs at the River Bourne Fitness Club in Chertsey She also holds classes under the Surrey initiative of Get Active 50+ for longer, healthier and happy lives.

What else should we be aiming for?

Come along and enjoy an afternoon of tea, cake and companionship with friends.

Refreshments will be served by the Club Caterers £2.00 cover charge per person
